We had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental Toronto Centre! We chose this hotel because we were in Toronto for a concert, and it turned out to be the perfect location. It's within walking distance of so many attractions, restaurants, and shops, and being so close to Union Station made getting around incredibly convenient. We arrived early since our flight landed in the morning, and the front desk staff were fantastic. I feel bad that I forgot the name of the lady who helped us because she truly deserves recognition. She was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to answer all our questions and make sure we had everything we needed. Excellent customer service from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was perfect after a long day of exploring the city, and the bathroom was spotless and well maintained. The hotel itself has great amenities as well. We really enjoyed the quiet indoor pool, the relaxing hot tub, and the sauna. It was the perfect way to unwind after a busy day. The only small issue we experienced was a slight noise coming from inside the wall in our room on the 23rd floor. It wasn't loud, but it was noticeable at night when everything else was quiet. I ended up leaving the TV on at a very low volume to help drown it out. We mentioned it to the staff, and they immediately apologized and even offered to move us to another room. We appreciated how professionally they handled it, but we politely declined s
