Alleenstaand verblijf

Location is good as it is near to Zhongshan pedestrain street and many local food. Newly furbished hotel. But sound proof is poor! You can hear ppl next door snoring! Omg! The bed and pillows are a NO NO. Stayed at many hotels in many provinces/cities in China, this is the worst rated for me due to this reason. Tough pillows!

Just can't thank enough to the manager Jingsi (Jasmine) for exceptional hospitality and assistance she treated us with during our stay. Also, very special thanks to the kitchen staff and chef Lui for catering for my wife by preparing special gluten free metal options.

It was a fantastic experience the staff were amazing especially Angela one of the managers was extremely helpful and one other manager on the dining restaurant Lake a super gentleman spoke perfect English and went beyond his efforts to accomodate any requests he definitely deserves a raise My all stay on this hotel I mast say one of the best 5star hotel that I experienced
