Iβll start with a good the staff was extremely friendly and tried to help where they could. We had some food poolside, which was very good now the bad you can tell that the hotel was a beautiful hotel many years ago, however that day has long since passed the hotel and its rooms are very rundown looking in need of renovation. The first room we received was on the seventh floor as soon as you exit the elevator on the seventh floor, your hit with the smell of urine throughout the whole hallway. The first room we received was not clean and extremely rundown. The furniture was damaged. The bathroom door was damaged. The bathroom mirror was damaged. The mirror was so bad that you could actually see the wall behind the mirror after complaining, Emma switched our room to the third floor. This room was better than the first one. However, it was still rundown in need of renovation throughout the hotel you see damaged walls, dirty floors, and different musty odors unfortunately I would not stay at this hotel again in the condition that it is, if you are a neat clean person used to staying in hotels that are newer and clean this hotel is definitely not for you even outside. Iβm a pool deck needs to be power washed outside of the building stuff needed to be painted. The building itself. Looks like it hasnβt been painted since it was new with some cracking in the face of the hotel. The pictures that are posted are definitely not recent pictures. Marriott should be embarrassed
