The hotel is located in Florianopolis, in the centre of Praia dos Ingleses, which is characterised by its crystal clear waters, its white sands and the beauty of the dunes and hills. It is surrounded by restaurants, bars and businesses in general, being close to shops, banks, ice cream parlours and more. The beach hotel presents a modern construction with a panoramic view of the sea. It was renovated in 2011 and has 147 rooms. Guests are welcomed into a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services. Facilities at the hotel include a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, a cloakroom, lift access, a newspaper stand, games room and TV lounge. There is a children's playground for the hotel's younger guests. Guests can dine at the on-site café and restaurant and there are conference facilities available for business travellers. Guests can take advantage of the hotel's room and laundry services, as well as its WLAN Internet access. Those arriving by car may leave their vehicle in the hotel's car park. The en suite guest rooms feature a range of facilities including a hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, Internet access, safe and mini fridge. Individually regulated air conditioning is a standard feature in all accommodation and each room has its own balcony or terrace. The hotel has an indoor and an outdoor swimming pool, one of which is heated. There is also a children's swimming area and guests may recline on sun loungers under parasols. The hotel runs an entertainment programme for children and parasols are also available on the sandy beach.
