We come here 2 to 3 times a year . Theres alot that has changed and not for the good. The restaurant we went to half cracked was full with not enough servers we had to wait over a hour and the restaurant didn't have half of what we ordered. Then we booked a cabana our server was horrible and we didn't get all the amenities the cabana came with. Not happy with this visit. We had issues with the AC in the room and the safe and phones were not working. We will see if we return.

Staff were consistently welcoming, highly helpful, and genuinely friendly.

The room is big, very clean, the rooftop pool is amazing! and staff are very nice and helpful. I will definitely recommend this hotel!

I was disappointed with the lack of response when trying to contact the front desk in regards to the room that was booked versus the room they actually gave us. Also, we had no toiletries in our room and our vanity kit was opened and half used. No one answered when we called concierge in the Villas or when we called housekeeping. Overall I feel like when this was owned by Allegiant the customer service and experience were far better than since this was taken over by Hilton and being a Hilton Honors member this was very disappointing and frustrating.

We had planned on going off site for dinners. We ended up just staying on the resort and going to their restaurant. We had a delightful, relaxing time there with everything we needed right there!

We stayed at the suites, amazing services, overall hotel is amazing.

The staff was excellent. The food was also very good. Nice for families at the big pool and quiet for the adults at the roof top pool. Looking forward to going back.

Some staff like John the bellhop was very helpful and eager.
