Overall, this is a great hotel to stay at when visiting Naples. The location is outstanding and makes it easy to explore the city. The breakfast was very nice with a good selection of options. However, on some days the terrace became quite hot because there was no shaded area available, which made it less comfortable to sit outside. The bathroom door in our room did close, but not fully, which was a minor inconvenience and could use some attention. A special mention goes to Francesca at reception, who was extremely helpful, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. Despite these minor issues, we had a very enjoyable experience and would happily recommend this hotel to other travellers visiting Naples.

Excellent experience. I loved the $10,000 mattress. The bathrooms were gorgeous HOWEVER I almost cancelled my reservation because of the lead picture was the hottub. Replace that hottub picture with the view from rooftop bar. The rooms were soundproof with very heavy quiet doors. Staff was excellent

My wife and I have just returned from a wonderful few days in Naples. Our holiday experience was made extremely enjoyable due to the lovely few nights in La Ciliegina. From the moment we arrived all the staff we encountered were so polite and helpful. They were able to afford us the early check in we requested which was a great benefit due to our early flight arrival from the UK. The Junior Suite we chose was beautiful and had so much space and all we needed to enjoy our stay. The rooftop terrace was a lovely feature and the weather was excellent for our stay so we were able to take daily advantage of the hot tub - which we highly recommend if the weather is on your side. The breakfast was lovely too and had all we needed. Overall, a great place to stay and huge thanks to all the staff for making my birthday trip so memorable. We plan to return again in the future to this lovely hotel and busy, lively and energetic city.

Alleenstaand verblijf

The hotel is in a very wonderful location in the middle of everything. However, it's quietly tucked away so you hear no street noise. It has a wonderful rooftop (small hot tub) with a small bar and excellent view of the city and surrounding area. Breakfast in the morning was perfect with the nicest hostess. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. Great price point as well. Front desk is very friendly and helpful.

The first night I could not sleep to much noise they change my room and then they told me that no one had ever complained about the noise. They were very rude. I do not recommend because of the employers they did not give me even 10 minutes to leave the room terrible service.
