Bad experience Overall a quite negative experience. We booked a twin room, we got a double. When we pointed it out, they gave us the only free twin room, which had no heating. They at least gave us an electric heater. Half the outlets don’t work well. The reception lady tells us breakfast is from 10 to 11 (?). I repeat the schedule to her to make sure she didn’t make a mistake. She confirms. Next day: we go there at 10, it’s over. Turns out it’s from 8 to 10… There’s a leak in the bidet. We tell them in the morning before heading out. They tell us they’ll sort it out immediately. We come back in the evening: nothing’s fixed. I ask the same guy that told me he’d fix it: he tells me “go to reception” (?). I go: they tell me they’ll be right there. They don’t come the whole night. Next day, we complain once more, they come have a look, then they say they’ll fix it. The bidet is still leaking at the time of checkout. Good luck for the next occupants of that room. The room is so far from the others that the Internet is basically unusable. You’re better off using an e-sim or buy a SIM card if you want minimum internet access... or hang out outside your room. Do not expect any house keeping, even if you’re staying more than five days. We had to complain to at least get our towels and a rag that was supposed to be our covers changed.

Nice hotel centrally located.

Nice location, good breakfast, co cooperative staff.

It’s the perfect location for a reasonable price.

Pictures of breakfast on your site nothing like what was available

Very close to all the shopping and dining options within a couple of minutes walk. Old Town is 7-min walk away. Reception staff and especially breakfast staff are friendly and helpful. The facility and rooms are spacious. Would definitely stay here again next time in town.

Excellent service great place 👍

This hotel is centrally located with nearby shops, banks, restaurants and supermarkets. The hotel room which I stayed is clean and very spacious and its amenities are in good condition. The breakfast buffet was good. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Azcot Hotel to anyone who plans to visit Baku, Azerbaijan.

Nice hotel with excellent location to downtown Baku. Good breakfast and if not to picky about a perfect room this hotel is a great value for the money.

The hotel offered a substantial bed and breakfat option which is value for money. The location was superb and the staff genuinely helpful and willing to help. The hotel itself is obviously an historic building which could do with an update on the interior, however I enjoyed the unique quality of the building. I was fortunate to have a bedroom facing the back of the property which didnt face Freedom Square with the hustle and bustle of restaurants and cafes which were quite noisy during the late evening hours. I will certainly booking for my next trip.
