Verbleef met kinderen

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, the property was clearly not 100% functional, with ongoing construction that significantly impacted the comfort and quality of our stay. What was even more frustrating was the way my family and I were treated by the staff. Despite having confirmed our reservation two months in advance, we were made to feel as though we were an inconvenience and were nearly turned away. The staff showed little empathy or concern for the stress and uncertainty this caused my family. A hotel should honor confirmed reservations and make guests feel welcome. Instead, we felt unwelcome, frustrated, and disappointed from the moment we arrived. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and ongoing construction made for a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend staying here until the hotel is fully operational and staff training improves significantly.

Well.stayed there for two nights and could not rest as one paid for ,as the hotel was still doing construction and they had to move us from one room to another on the 4th floor and guess what next to our room was the base for the construction, you know wasn't happy with this and not informed effectively beforehand as they said pool was still been constructed The manager was good as give us a 1500 peso credit to use but still not acceptable for the cost we paid
