Staff members were lovely Our Room and hotel were really dated aircon didn’t work so had a noisy fan We had to go to the beautiful hotel across the way for food and use of pool

Verbleven bij familie

Room and beds were clean and comfortable. Airport pickup was very helpful after 20+ hours in the air. Nice to have the cheaper rooms in the Boma Inn and the amenities of the Boma Hotel included. Only negative was the staff insisting on using the Boma vehicles for arranging rides and not taxis, which are much cheaper than the hotel vehicles which charge in dollars. After you get to the hotel, use the Uber app and mpesa or Kenya Shillings.

The shower was pathetic. They mounted the controls upside down so you couldn’t adjust the temperature or pressure independently. The result is a barely warm trickle of water. We had 2 rooms; it was the same in both.
