Staff and the owner were very nice. No complaints with customer service. Room amenities are lackluster, so bring your own soap and shampoo. For the price, the room was fine, and the location to the River was great. Reason I’m giving it 4 starts is the noise. It lies on a busy street where honking occurs all through the night. A price you pay to be so close to the Ghat I suppose, but made difficult for sleeping, even with the air conditioner on.

Delightful staff headed by Shubham Sharma wonderful experience nothing is to much trouble
Shubham organised tours Tuk Tuk and cabs absolutely made the 5 days a pleasure . Great breakfast

Overall a good stay with nice and responsive staff. Good walkable location for a first time visitor. Clean room. Breakfast included.
Cons included street noise, springy bed, and the fact that our power went out and couldn’t be repaired (though the staff was apologetic and offered us another room if we wanted).
Probably a little expensive for what we got. But we booked last minute during a busy season so I was happy to find a reasonably comfortable option. And again, staff was nice and responsive. It was a pleasant stay.
