Bien situé

After doing A LOT of research on hotels in this area (as other family members had booked nearby) I decided to book the Adagio Nation and have to say it's fantastic. From the very warm welcome from Jakub and all the team including the manager (apologies I forgot the name!) it's a really nicely run, friendly place. It's literally just a few minutes' walk from Metro line 6 at Daumsenil (maps often says Bel-Air station is closer but it's not quite as nice a location, so recommend using Daumesnil). The room was set up as twin for my son and myself and have to say the beds and bedding were exceptionally comfy. Our room was on the back of the building with two massive windows overlooking landscaped gardens and trees - such a nice quiet spot. The mini kitchen is an incredible luxury for those staying a bit longer, or those even on a short break looking to have a little breakfast or store snacks, cook a basic meal. The bathroom and shower and lighting/mirrors excellent. Another massive plus is how well the storage is designed - there is SO much available including a safe, hanging space, drawers - you really could live here quite comfortably for a wee bit! The full size iron and board also a welcome addition, as was the mini breakfast bar. For info there's a small convenience store just across the road with most things on your doorstep. For a wonderful Italian about 10 minutes walk away cannot recommend Amalfi 86 boulevard de Picpus, 75012 enough.

Nice place and well located in paris

The apartment was very quiet and relaxing. It was a good size and didn't feel cramped. There was an added bonus of having access to the drinks machine 24 hours a day for unlimited drinks like tea, coffee and hot chocolate.

On the website it says that it was going to have room cleaning if you stay for 8 night or more. We were there for 8 nights and nothing was cleaned. Other than that the hotel was good.

The staff is very poorly trained the office manager is great but after that staff needs work This is to bad as everything else is 5 star location cleanliness rooms bedding

The hotel is in a quiet residential area with the metro right across the street and grocery stores nearby. My room had a small bedroom and a sofa bed separated by a partition, along with a functional kitchenette stocked with enough utensils and cutlery. Amenities were basic but fair for the price. The lounge offers free coffee and tea, and the staff were helpful — they even arranged a taxi to the station at checkout.

Personnel courtois. Chambre très propre. Bien situé.

All round very good value, + Paid parking available, near to Paris centre, room and kitchenette pretty good and useful.
