Small room but clean and modern. Staff was polite and helpful. Checkout was strict and early but they offered to store our bags so we could explore a little longer. The rooftop coffee hang out was a nice touch. The location was very close to the Trevi fountain and places to eat. Lastly, we arrived after the check in window but the staff sent us the code so we didn’t have any issues on our first stay. It was a good stay.

The staff was amazing. They went out of their way to do the extras and were very attentive. The room was sparkling clean. The hot tub was great at night after a long day. The air conditioning is the best we've had in all of Italy. The location is perfect for shopping and walking to nearby attractions.

The room was fine. After a long day of travel we needed a bathroom when arriving. The property does not have a lobby. Also folks gathered outside of property door - busy and loud most hours.

The small hotel is tucked away off a side street that is in a great location, within a short walk of the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. The staff are extremely helpful and courteous. The facility is very modern and tastefully decorated. Despite being in an area with lots of noise from the street, the rooms are quiet due to the well-insulated windows. We appreciated the in-room coffee and the coffee and water on the pleasant roof-top patio. We will stay here again on our next visit!

It’s hard to begin how horrible Casa Gutman was. .While the location was excellent, and originally Fabio the manager was kind, things went from mediocre to just horrible. It started with the shower, that does not have a back door, so the water sprays all over the bathroom, and then the fact that the electricity went off at night and was off for four hours, to the fact that they could not clean the room after 3 o’clock because the housekeeping staff leaves, although we were told that wouldn’t be a problem when we first checked in, to the fact that there were no plugs in the room except for one in the bathroom to use to charge your phone or for anything else. We stayed there literally one day out of the four that we had scheduled. Air-conditioning was intermittent. We’ve traveled all over the world and stayed really in some remote places, but this was by far the worst accommodation anywhere. Rather than a boutique hotel, this was a.bootique hostel with really very little care for the patron. There was no storage space, only one drawer, and poorly designed throughout. I would rate this a one star at best. My hope is that no other Expedia customer gets subjected to this horrible hotel.

Amazing, exactly as described. Very quiet rooms close to restaurants, coffee shops, and walkable to many sites. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Casa Guttman is an excellent choice for people who want to explore the historical zone with ease… Facility was amazing, very clean, and excellent staff, Princess was very helpful in any directions or information that we needed! I highly recommend this for anybody wishing to stay in the historic zone!
