Property is beautiful. Room was clean. The restaurant food is very pricey and not very good. We were out of AC the last day we were there. It was super hot. We called the front desk, but they weren't very helpful.

La atención es muy buena, demasiado limpio el Hotel pero por la mañana se iba la luz y regresaba hasta la tarde y se sentía mucho calor

Food is limited once you’re there. The property is beautiful and beyond relaxing. I look forward to returning soon.

El hotel es hermoso, las instalaciones lucen nuevas y muy bien cuidadas, en cuanto a imagen y limpieza le doy 5 estrellas, lo único que puede mejorar es en el menú de su restaurante, pedí el poc chuc y la pasta Alfredo con pollo, a la pasta solo le doy 2 estrellas ya que el sabor podría ser mejor, el poc chuc me pareció una porción demasiado pequeña.

The hotel is beautiful, rooms very very comfortable and spacious, breakfast was included and it was delicious, lunch and dinner for a price that it was decent. All meals delicious. Room service is also available. The resort is across the street to buy the tickets for the Maya ruins, then they will transport you to the entrance. Very convenient location. Make sure to bring enough Mexican pesos, we had credit card and dollars but many vendors outside the resort do not accept credit cards or dollars so I couldn’t buy a couple of souvenirs that I like. Fortunately you can take a taxi and go to Banco Azteca to change money. We are definitely going back and bring the whole family with us. Thank you to Juan Antonio our waiter for the excellent service provided to us and others as I was able to observe while he was attending other guests, and Sarai that was always attentive to have the restaurant tables ready.

Very nice hotel. We also used the complimentary medical service as my daughter was not feeling well. The doctor was very professional and extremely nice. They had also a complementary transport to the train station. There two were a real bonus. The gym was disappointing. New equipment but bad maintained or broken. Branches with out rods or weighs.

The restaurant was excellent, the rooms great, amenities and staff excellent.

The best hotel experience I’ve ever had! The design is stunning, and the room was perfect. I loved the peaceful jungle atmosphere and the great pool. Total perfection!

Tuvimos una excelente experiencia en este hotel. Nos tocó una habitación en tercer piso, la cual al igual que las areas comunes y alberca estaban muy limpias. El hotel esta rodeado de selva y al salir del balcón solo se veia vegetacion y se escuchaban diferentes tipos de aves. El personal muy amable y atento. La experiencie en el spa fue muy buena y los precios muy accesibles. Los alimentis que ingerimos fueron en la zona de alberca y muy aceptables, el ceviche estaba muy bueno. La ubicación del hotel esta frente a la zona donde se toma el transporte para ir a la zona arqueológica, sin embargo, el hotel no está a pie de carretera y la entrada pasa desapercibida. Al llegar esta el estacionamiento y de ahí, un cochecito te lleva a recepción, estos están disponibles 24hrs. La pasamos muy bien y lo recomiendo ampliamente.
