Verbleef met kinderen

Kids & I enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. Staff were attentive and responsive when engaging with our inquiries. Only feed back I have for improvement is the issue with the washroom ventilation system. There seems to be no venting fan and the washroom smelt of urine, stale air and a bit fishy at times, even when only te shower was used all day. Not sure how to remedy this as this is also a new building (2025). Maybe a scent Managment system?

Bij partner verbleven

The hotel and room was beautiful. However, the food was not up to the standard of Vietnamese or Western cuisine. It lacked the correct taste/seasoning. For an area such as Ha Long bay where the food options are not plentiful like Hanoi, the hotel must improve their overall food experience.

Fantastisch
Everything was good except they did not properly instruct our non speaking taxi driver that they arranged for transport to Hanoi airport and he took us to the wrong terminal after giving them correct information. Very annoying
