1) Clean Rooms No kidding—the rooms feel brand new! One feature I absolutely loved was having a washer and dryer right in the room. For anyone planning an extended stay, this is a huge convenience and makes traveling so much easier. 2) Staff The staff was absolutely magnificent! It's hard to know where to begin. • The housekeeping team was exceptional. You rarely saw them, yet everything was always spotless and perfectly maintained. The rooms were consistently well cared for. • Special recognition goes to Sheeay and Nandipha for their outstanding service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The management team also deserves credit for running a smooth operation while empowering their staff to handle day-to-day responsibilities with professionalism and confidence. 3) Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner OMG—you must experience the full breakfast! It was easily the best meal of the day. Every morning, it was prepared fresh and exactly the way you wanted it. A special shoutout to Arele at the kitchen and omelet station. The food quality and attention to detail were top-notch every day. The location is ideal. Perfectly located near the nightlife, Convention Centre, and Waterfront, yet quiet enough to provide a relaxing stay after a busy day.

The staff were incredible friendly, the breakfast/dinner area was super.

I really enjoyed the stay and hospitality of staff as everyone was attentive and helpful. The breakfast was great as well. I look forward to another stay in the future.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff

The coffee machine didn't work and the milk was sour, which is not a nice way to wake up. The porter knocked on my door twice by mistake (had the room number wrong) - the second time at midnight, so I didn't open, but very disturbing. Otherwise lovely people!

From the great staff in the restaurant and front desk , to amazing housekeeping I was amazed by the great service ! The location is central to everything you could want in Cape Town. I found this to be a perfect stay for my needs !

Absolutely loved my stay here- I stayed 10 days on my first trip to Cape Town. This hotel is a walking distance or short Uber ride to lots of attractions like BoKaap, v&a waterfront, district 6 museum, castle of good hope and also a short walk to the main train/bus station. There’s an information tablet with lots of recommendations in the room and the front desk staff are very knowledgeable as well. The hotel is new and finished to a very high standard + Room looked very pretty in photos and there’s a big mirror for pictures as well. Kitchenette was very well stocked with everything you might need and coffee pods and fresh milk (and rusks- I love rusks) were provided so I made breakfast on some days Although the hotel is in busy town centre- it’s on a quiet street with a cafe just next door. There’s a cute plunge pool that you can use for free at the hotel next door which was lovely on a 28 degree day. I felt very safe because there was always a front desk staff and/or security and the floors were secure and could only be accessed via a code. A cot was provided for my little one which is always nice I’d absolutely recommend this place and would stay here again

Group stay at the Hotel during an International Congress at the CTICC was excellent and appreciated the Upgrades
