During our stay, we found that the hotel room did not meet basic standards of comfort and habitability. The room had inadequate heating, and the bathroom had no heating at all. Furthermore, there was no electrical outlet in the bathroom, making it impossible to use a portable heater as an alternative. In addition, the air conditioning unit in the bedroom produced excessive noise throughout the night, making it extremely difficult to sleep. As a result, we were unable to get adequate rest during the only night we stayed at the property. We also noticed visible black mold on the blackout curtains, which raised further concerns about the condition of the room. Given these circumstances, we decided to leave the hotel and move to another property to ensure acceptable accommodation conditions. Unfortunately, because the reservation had been prepaid, the hotel refused to refund the unused nights.

Excellent location, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The property is set in a small wooded area with beautiful trees, which gives it a very peaceful atmosphere. There were also turkeys around the grounds and even a small enclosure with more of them, which added a unique and charming touch. Breakfast was good and starts at 8 a.m. We only stayed one night, so we didn’t have time to try the spa. The pool was fairly basic, nothing special. Checkout at 10 a.m. felt a bit early and could be improved.

A warm welcome and a room that was very good value for money. I appreciated the cleanliness and the welcome tea/coffee facilities. A five minute walk to a good beach and located near the small town centre with shops and restaurants.
