Nice and clean. No sounds from road or sorroundings.

Staff were so good. From manager to all levels. Fulmani, Sunita and other 2 male at the reception who welcome me. Welcoming style was amazing too, to experience that welcoming style you need to visit this property.

It was a special request where I requested for a comp upgrade because of special occasion, the told me they are sold out but still selling room in website. Been to lot of 5 star properties got disappointed this one. Stay was wonderful, breakfast was great.

Great place, very well maintained and excellent staff team…

Amazing ambiance

Great hotel. A real gem hidden in the Kolkata city. We were really happy with the hotel staff, services and the food. The breakfast, lunch and dinner was served with excellent choices. The rooms were very well maintained and great room service. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Kolkata for holiday.

A Royal Masterpiece: Exceptional Service at Taj Raajkutir Taj Raajkutir is more than just a hotel; it is a stunning journey into the elegance of the Bengal Renaissance. While the "Zamindari" style architecture is breathtaking, it is the world-class hospitality that makes this property truly unforgettable. The Stars of the Stay The level of personalized care we received was extraordinary, specifically thanks to three standout individuals: * Urvija (General Manager): Her leadership shines through every detail of the property. It is rare to see a GM so dedicated to the guest experience, ensuring a seamless and sophisticated stay for everyone. * Krishnakanta: His professionalism and "guest-first" attitude were remarkable. He anticipated our needs before we even spoke them, embodying the very best of the Taj spirit. * Anusree, Ankur, Rohit , Chandan, Aziziil, Shipra were all amazing at the restaurant East India Room. Warm, intuitive, and incredibly helpful, Anusree added a personal touch to our visit that made us feel like family rather than just visitors. Highlights * The Vibe: A peaceful, colonial-style sanctuary hidden within the city. * The Food: Exquisite flavors that celebrate local heritage. * The Service: Authentic "Tajness" delivered with heart and soul. Verdict: If you are visiting Kolkata, Taj Raajkutir is a must. Huge thanks to Urvija, Krishnakanta, and Anusree for making our stay so spectacular!
