The breakfast was fresh every day that we stayed here and it's a very good variety and it was promptly brought up to our room that the requested time

The only problem I had with the room in 1210 was the heater of the water was not working so that's the only problem at all. I'm switched now switched rooms and now the heater is working but it's a faulty heating system that's in 1210 that needs to be replaced.

友人が軽く部屋に寄るのも出来なかったのが、残念

everything. restaurants are nearby. salons and spas are close as well. the room is big and clean. staff have excellent service.

Staff are friendly and accommodating.. price include breakfast. And location near everything you need and want, airport, mall, restaurant etc..

Terrible property

Upon arrival I was welcomed by front desk staff whom looked like university students. The initial encounter was great, however no one has mentioned that Internet services were down. Although I was given my access card along with my Internet access credentials which were not working at all. For which I was enforced to use my pocket wifi and pay for my own data to gain connection. Neither was my smart TV inoperable without Internet, neither did my Netflix and streaming services were available to work. It was challenging for me to get connected. Especially since I stayed for 2 nights. Upon checkout concierge has informed me that they were short of charging me for my early check in. However I replied that since I was not given any access to their Internet I refused to pay the extra on their error. As this was passed on to their management they waived the extra charge and wished me well outside the facility. It was unfortunate that I would have enjoyed another night however because of no Internet services I was quite disappointed with my stay.

Cost effective Close to airport Breakfast was good Need improvement in room cleaning Also it is important to have safety locker to keep passport and other valuables

Our stay was comfortable and convenient. The rooms are well maintained and the staff are always available and accommodating. However , we notice that there are some equipment that distracts us in the evening like blinking lights emanating from the rotor located in the ceiling. There are also small insects found inside the shower room and toilet. In general however the services provided by the hotel is highly efficient and commendable.

Staff are super helpful and nice
