I very much enjoyed my stay at Smile Hotel. Everyone was nice and welcoming. If there was any issue or questions they would answer it. The buffet was breakfast only which was helpful and amazing.

The area where hotel located is in izakaya area. Very convenience but slightly noisy. Especially no air conditioners season, if just open the window, louder drinkers voice you can hear until midnight.

Hotels was functional, clean and tidy. Toilet was small. However parking was extremely complicated as they have 6 parking lots across the area.

Our room was very clean and modern. Little amenities like bath salts, sake and espresso in the lobby, and pillow menu were a nice bonus. It is close to the fisherman’s wharf and there are lots of restaurants within a few blocks. Great value for the stay.

Geweldig Smile Hotel is a good standard with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The laneways behind are interesting and fun for Izakaya but Kushiro central city is no longer busy and very run down.
