Verbleven bij familie

Prasad was really helpful every time we went out of the hotel or came into the hotel. Shehan and Lyzanne were very information and helpful who helped us with easy check-in and check-out.

Verbleef bij vrienden

Luxurious hotel next door to the Galle Face shopping mall. Wonderful views, beautiful breakfast and a free happy hour drinks and nibbles in the bar. As it was just an overnight stay, I didn't try the amenities but the pool looked lovely. The staff were very professional and went out of their way to be helpful.

Good hotel but for the price they need to improve. Also room service is super expensive. The lobbies are well maintained but floors in the rooms are quite dirty. I also noticed a lot of dust in the headboard of the bed. Not sure why they made the wall in between the shower and the toilet room wall out of semitransparent glass. The breakfast buffet is alright but it does get quite crowded and the layout of of the buffet does not help

Breakfast was good, not excellent. Very busy and noisy with outside guests coming in as well and people on FaceTime calls and watching videos etc on phone without headphones. Service at hotel overall for a 5 star hotel in Sri Lanka and compared to other 5 star hotels there that had excellent staff and service levels- the ITC Ratnadipa rated poorly. Would not stay there again. Nice infinity pool and garden area on that level though.

Fantastisch
Great service in the hotel across all functions including house-keeping, client services, food and beverages and have signed-up to become a member of ITC Ratnadipa. The GM was a great leader striving to offer the highest level of care to guests, highly recommend the hotel

Room iPad wasn’t working. Sky swimming pool was covered both sides by glasses. Visibility is restricted and it wasn’t cleaned for some time. Gym is not big enough for the hotels price tag. There are better options for cheaper prices in Colombo.
