The check in was awful. It was so difficult to get in touch with anyone to help me with check in. It was AI experiment gone wrong! Location was on the outside of town. I do not recommend this property!!

Hassle free stay, easy check in and out. Flat was exactly as described, no surprises there. The sofa bed could have been more comfortable, but it was ok for a week stay. Would recommend.

Loud!!! Bring earplugs and a noise maker. You will hear everything all night long. Only real down side

Its good location, except it is very small for a family of 4, with children. Convenient that is closed to mall, museum, and oceanographic. Its little disappointing that the toilet when you flush water coming out, and the shower light is not working. Additionally the management do not change towels after 7 days or stay or you book more than 7 days. Other than that location is by far outstanding.

Nice hotel but rooms were not sound proofed. I could hear people talking, using the restroom, & snoring in the neighboring rooms. When doors slammed closed, the walls in my room vibrated.

It was nice to have the studio apartment & the option of laundry. Quick glance all looks well. The bedding had a “sour” smell like the sheets were left in the washing machine for days then dried. The towels were fine, no bad odour. The front load washing machine was wet & damp upon opening it. After wiping it clean & leaving the door open for a day, it was better. Front load washing machines will always breed mold & bacteria if left closed after a wash is completed & not allowed to air dry.

Although we’ve preferred to stay closer to the center of the city, this is a great option and conveniently located around the Ciutat de las Ciencias. The apartment was comfortable, packed with plenty of goods and very much comfortable for our family of 4. We rented a car, and there was plenty of parking spots around it.

Great place next to metro, buses and mall.

Mi experiencia en Limehome Valencia fue extremadamente decepcionante. Nos enfrentamos a múltiples problemas desde el momento de la llegada, comenzando con un acceso denegado debido a claves incorrectas, lo cual se resolvió después de una hora. Una vez en la habitación, el aire acondicionado era insuficiente y no funcionaba adecuadamente, y aunque solicitamos asistencia técnica, nadie acudió. Posteriormente, nos ofrecieron cambiar de habitación debido a problemas con el aire, pero la nueva habitación presentó problemas serios en el suministro de agua, con ruidos y temblores en las tuberías. Cuando comunicamos estos problemas, la solución propuesta fue buscar otro hotel por nuestra cuenta, con la promesa de un reembolso que no consideramos aceptable. Finalmente, nos trasladaron a otro edificio por una noche, solo para enfrentar más problemas con la limpieza y el mantenimiento de la habitación al día siguiente. Las instalaciones eran deficientes, con aparatos dañados y muebles incómodos. La gestión de Limehome demostró una notable falta de coordinación y compromiso con la satisfacción del cliente, arruinando gran parte de nuestro viaje. No recomiendo este establecimiento debido a su deficiente servicio y gestión.
