Amazing

This was the perfect hotel. The staff was SO nice and helped me forward my luggage to the next hotel. The hotel is newish and very clean. The Onsen followed my the massage chairs saved us from walking and heat fatigue. The location is great for exploring the left side of the city. Staff does a really great job or making sure it’s only guest in the building which made my 9 year old feel safe. She absolutely loved the hotel and says we’re staying here again for our next trip. All the stars.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and I have so many compliments to share. Despite its traditional style, this Ryokan offers modern amenities. In Asakusa Station, my mother and sister lost their way; one of the front desk staff, Ms. Nagai, offered to search for them! With the assistance of Ms. Nagai, my family finally arrived at the hotel safely after I spoke with them for half an hour over the phone. What an exceptional service! After 9 pm, they offer a free small supper - delicious ramen, too! Could I also mention their breakfast? The best! There are a variety of Japanese and Western food options available. There is also a natural hot spring bath on site. Whenever I have the chance, I will come back to this hotel again and again! I'm already planning my next trip!

An excellent place to stay. Plenty of good sites to visit nearby. The Asakusa Amusement park is a treasure just next door. The onsen and breakfast in the hotel are really good. And staff are super friendly and helpful.

Family of 3 (2 adults and 1 teenage daughter) stayed in July. The room had 2 x twins and 1 double bed in a separate room. We had a great experience with the staff, facilities, and room. We thoroughly enjoyed the Onsen, sauna, and massage chair. The hotel is conveniently located next to Senso-ji temple and a vast selection of food stores and shopping. We will definitely stay again when we are back in Tokyo.

Loved the family atmosphere, Japanese breakfast, ramen snack at night, clean rooms, free popsicles, AND MASSAGE CHAIRS were amazing! Unfortunately I couldn’t use the onsen because if tattoos but many persons young and old were utilizing them. Customer service of the staff was 10/10. Hotel is very close to many of the POIs Asukasa had to offer. My only issue was the dryers taking long to dry clothes, so guests were lined up to do their drying late into the night. Would absolutely stay here again.

Overall great experience, but the bathroom and shower was a little bit tight so it was kinda difficult to navigate but didn't use it much as we bathed in the onsens - would recommend!

Very good hotel, and the onsen bath was a wonderful bonus touch. Staff spoke English well and were very helpful.
