My fiancé and I had a wonderful stay here. The property was much smaller than we expected, but that ended up being one of our favorite things about it. With only nine units, it feels more like a boutique jungle retreat than a large resort. It's quiet, private, and a great choice if you're looking to disconnect and enjoy nature. We even saw monkeys during our stay! The rooms and property were very clean, and the breakfast, while the same each morning, was fresh, healthy, and clearly prepared with care. We looked forward to it every day. What truly made our experience exceptional was Fernando, the property manager. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and safe. He always checked in to see how our day was going, shared helpful tips, walked us to shuttle stops when needed, and made sure we got back safely. Since we weren't familiar with the area, his kindness and hospitality made a huge difference. This isn't a full-service resort where transportation and every amenity are handled for you, and dinner is available for an additional cost. It's also a little tucked away and can be tricky to find at first. However, once we got settled, none of that was an issue. If you're looking for a large, all-inclusive resort, this may not be the best fit. But if you want a peaceful, intimate stay surrounded by nature, we highly recommend it. We'd absolutely stay here again!

This 9 bedroom tropical boutique hotel, nestled between its natural beauty of jungle and exotic animals does not fall short of luxury and comfort. Bedrooms exceed in ammenities, comfortable beds, pillows, snacks, mini bar. Onsite kitchen, offering limited but tasteful options. The staff is great, always willing to keep you entertained with conversation and very helpful. It is an adorable property, we enjoyed the spider monkeys and iguanas plus more animals we’d never seen. Landscaping is in its natural habitat and gorgeous. It was a relaxing and comfortable stay. Barrowd the bikes and pedaled to Go Mart for snacks and beverages. Getting to Xcaret was easy. Fernando, Rocio, Evon and the chefs are absolute gems.

Beautiful jungle hotel! Fernando is an excellent host along with attentive staff members. Food is excellent and location is easy to get to. The rooms are comfortable and detailed with perfect lighting. The living room and bedroom each has its own mini split AC. Bar on site as well. Very clean and safe! True gem to get away from it all.

Feenando and Rocio are amazing as well as all the hotel staff. This is a hidden gem near Xcaret parks. Luxurious and personal service. We spent a week with 3 children and will be returning soon! Quiet and Peaceful!

Staff went above and beyond to ensure a great stay! The location was so convenient, and the property was very beautiful. Rooms were clean and wonderfully decorated. On-property dining was surprisingly good food.

Our stay at Terasu Riviera Maya was truly wonderful. The hotel’s secluded location provided a peaceful and private atmosphere, allowing us to fully relax and unwind. At the same time, its convenient proximity to the Xcaret parks made it easy to enjoy the parks and all they have to offer. Fernando and Rocio were exceptional hosts—warm, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would gladly recommend Terasu Riviera Maya to others.

Very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful property away from noisy crowds but conveniently centralized. Delicious breakfast is included and made to order.

It was a very nice jungle feel.. I thought the food was very good. The room was spacious. The only downfall was that you could not go to the beach. It was all private.

I honestly loved everything about this place. The staff was so nice and so accommodating. The rooms were clean, the as
