Beautiful little boutique hotel with a great pool that was like a home away from home. Just on the edge of Old Town so an easy walk or short grab ride. Breakfast is 'alfresco' so could be improved with covers over food to stop pastries drying out and better coffee. Highly recommend and our most favourite stay of our Vietnam trip.

The staff here is amazing! The breakfast is good the pool is nice and the rooms are clean! I thought I left something behind so I reached out to the hotel, the dig through the trash to find my left behind item. 12/10 would recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed this hotel, we ending up staying another few nights! Room was clean, pool was great, and the staff was very friendly!

I don’t even know where to start, but from the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Bella, who was so kind and welcoming throughout our entire stay. The front desk team was always helpful and attentive, and the room was absolutely beautiful over looking Hoi An village and the river. The hotel was spotless clean and all the common area was beautifully decorated. A peaceful atmosphere made us feel far removed from the hustle and bustle of busy area though it's still walking distance to the old town. We arrived in the evening and hotel staff arranged a boat for us which took us directly from the near pier from the hotel to the Hoi An village. The boat ride was very enjoyable with serene night view along side the river. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of varieties with kind and attentive service, greeted with warm and friendly smiles. After breakfast, my mother and I decided to walk to the Hoi An village. When I came back from the walk, Bella and the hotel staff surprised me with a birthday cake! I was so touched and it became such a memorable birthday trip for me. Cozy An hotel was the perfect blend of relaxation, comfort, and convenience. I’ve stayed in many hotels but this hotel is by far the most memorable hotel I’ve ever stayed! I thought they were too humble to consider their hotel as 3.5 star because what I experienced was far beyond that. I am so happy to see now it became a 4 star hotel :) Congratulations and I will definitely come back!

Clean hotel. Room big enough for 2. Doesn't like to breakfast

Great stay. Clean great location and staff were very helpful :)

Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with a varied selection of European and Vietnamese food. Staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating.

If you are coming to Hoi An, you should consider staying here. It is about a 10 min walk into the craziness of Old Town. The neighborhood is quite and more local. The included breakfast in one of the best I have had at any hotel. AC works great. Many English channels. Comfy bed. Nice bathroom. Had a massage here every night. The masseuse was outstanding.

Very quaint and fun place to stay in Hoi An. Staff was great and property and rooms are very clean and well maintained. Loved this place.

Great breakfast. Staff was very friendly.
