The rooms were quite a good size for Japan and the place is spotlessly clean. They have a 24/7 area where you can get water, fruit juices, tea, coffee and they have a machine that will dispense beer or wine for 500 YEN (coin only, this needs to be changed to a credit card to make it easier). They put out bread and overbaked croissants everyday, maybe add crisps and nuts in packets, as i saw one person put their hand in the nut jar! Fab location, in a great area to walk into the main shopping areas and not too far from the gardens and palaces. Very close to a subway station and bars and restaurants. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. One thing i would ask for is a way to be able to plug a HDMI device into the TV as all channels in Japanese, which is fine, but when you are staying there for 3 days or more it would be nice to relax with a movie etc in the evenings. Wifi was also good.

In agreement with most past comments. Accessible (very close to the karasuma oike subway station) and within walking distance to most places, clean, nice jet stream shower, helpful staff. Amenities were great. Lots of items available. The cherry on top is the 24 hour lounge with complimentary bread and pastries that actually taste good.

We thought for the price this was a wonderful value, great and helpful staff, anything you could want and cute activities / snacks seemed to be available in the lobby each day.

Fantastic stay. Good location, and great place to unwind after a long day sightseeing. Very relaxed atmosphere and the readily available drinks, bread and pastries is an absolute winner. Have already recommended to other travellers.

Everything was perfect, room were big enough and well thought, bread and coffee available all the time.

Really cool place. Very clean and so close to one of the train stations. Also very walkable and super nice and quite neighborhood. Only thing was the washer and dryer service. There's only one set for the entire hotel. I love the room and how spacious was.
