Our stay had a few positives — the room itself was clean — but several issues left us disappointed. Common areas were dirty throughout our visit, and amenities were minimal (no hand soap at the sink, only one set of towels). The biggest letdown was the lack of sleep due to very noisy guests in the room above. We reported it overnight and again the next morning. Each time, it was clear that front desk staff were already aware of the situation on the third floor — yet nothing was done to address it.

Hotel rented the first-floor meeting room that had very load music from early evening to almost 1 am. Night staff was not able to control the party and the noise moved to the rooms around us well into the 2 am hour. Management's only solution was to have us move to another room at approx. midnight. That was not a solution in our opinion.

The hotel is pretty new and still in good shape. I found the bed to be a little firmer than I like, but not horrible.
