Very disappointed!!! Fist of all when we checked in the man at the reception was rude because we didn’t fully understand the deposit and all. Afterwards when I came to pay with my visa that has a high limit mind you it wasn’t working we tried multiple times. After that was dealt with we made our way to our rooms ( 2 separate rooms because we were 5) me and my friend had some weird thing on the carpet floor it looked like food or something. During our stay the light ball in our bathroom stopped working and the drain of the bathtub wasn’t working well every time I would go shower after my friend the bathtub wouldn’t have drained. I was very unhappy with the breakfast no eggs no sausages not even cream cheese for my bagel!!!! Disappointing breakfast. At some point we got stuck in the elevator instead of going up it brought us DOWN to the concierge we were stuck in there for a couple of minutes until my friend forced the door. Plus that same day they mopped the floors without putting signs my friend and I almosted slipped that’s dangerous!!! BAD EXPERIENCE OVER ALL!!!! Never again

Location is great--close to the metro station. Hotel needs a makeover. Buffet is actually only a . continental breakfast. Air-conditioning was broken the entire week.

Only reception looks nice. Room is so humid, no microwave, electric sockets were not working. Washroom exhaust fan doesn't work. We asked staff to send technician 4 or 5 times but no one came. Breaksfast is also not that good and breakfast lounge is small and only accomodate around 20 peopl.

I stayed here for one night with my 14-year-old daughter. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. The breakfast was simple but perfectly adequate, and the croissants were especially delicious. What stood out the most was how safe we felt throughout our stay. Most of the other guests were families, which created a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Overall, this is a solid, budget-friendly hotel that offers good value for the price. I would stay here again.

Twenty minute walk to Old Montreal. Grocery store very close. The bed was very comfortable but the rooms were dark and dingy with blinds from the 70ies. Yucky extra blanket in the closet that looked and smelled unwashed invest in some new draping and a pretty blanket. Check in was brutal, almost 40 minutes. Property advertised a laundry facility and did not have, they have parking but it’s an additional 50 a night. I would not recommend this hotel.
