There were two things that disappointed me. 1) the coffee machine was constantly out of service. 2) cleanliness could be improved. General dusting, toiletry products were limited.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel- staff and check in was efficient and was made to feel very welcome.
Staff were always attentive to any questions or queries. Room allocated was clean and looked fresh- a little outdated (decor)- however the comfort of the room made up for it.
Food was delicious- Thank you Bloom Boutique for a good stay. Will definitely book again.
