We arrived early for our room and they made it ready in an hour. Meanwhile, they kept our luggage while we ate lunch. Lukan greeted us warmly and gave us good advice about what to see in Palermo. The room was clean, bright and large. We had a king-sized bed, a rarity in Europe. It was so comfortable. And the location was perfect: in the very center of the centro storico. When we walked out the door we were there.

Staff is very attentive, friendly and helpful checked on us daily to see what they could help with. Room was large and AC worked well.

Lovely old building which has been modernised well. In the most incredible location and walking distance to most of the main must do sites. Huge choice of restaurants and bars very close by. Buzzy, fun area. As a person who needs natural daylight I found our studio room a little gloomy but we spent so little time there during the day it really didn't matter too much. Gianlucca the property manager was an absolute superstar and couldn't have been more accommodating. Palermo is the most wonderful city.

Gianluca and his team were fantastic, room was excellent and clean. Palazzo is VERY central and easy to get to from train station. Daily breakfast was wonderful, chocolate croissants “to die for”. Highly recommended.

The staff were incredible Roberto, went above and Beyond helping us get settled and making a list of great venues and places to eat that were all incredible! He even insisted on helping us bring our luggage two and from the accommodation and lined up our parking for our car as well as breakfasts each morning at a Great Cafe! We have never had better service that we had with our stay here!! 100% and beyond I would strongly recommend staying here, rooms air conditioning was great and very quiet accommodation and very secure location. Right in the best spot to see everything In the city as well with short walks!
