Spotless clean, seamless check in, very accomodating staff.

Great choice if you plan to spend time around the area. Walkable to main mall (MOA). Concierge at ground floor can hold your luggage if your flight is later than check-out time. Toptier cleanliness, great amenities, smooth check-in/out.

Fantastic hotel. Excellent rooms, service and amenities!

Very expensive to eat or drink there. The people in next room was very noisy. The elevators are a joke. Not the best place to stay.

When you check in, the hotel requested a deposit of 10,000 peso or by credit card. I asked if I could leave USD with them, and the hotel refused it. For those who do not have a credit card and stay for a short term, they will have to change from USD to peso and change again when they leave the Philippines. This comes with a cost, in term of money and time. Perhaps, this policy should be clearly stated in hotel advertisement, so that I can chose another hotel that do not require it. Otherwise, the hotel is very clean, staff members are good, and the breakfasts and outdoor pool are fine.

Rooms were very clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Location is very near moa and restaurants along seaside blvd.

We stayed at six different hotels during our Philippines holiday, and Lanson Place was our fifth stop. I am so glad I upgraded to a Junior Suite here—the room was perfect, big, spacious, and featured a beautiful view of the seaside. Apart from a minor leak in the bedroom from the rain (which the duty manager handled with a complimentary fruit platter since the hotel was at full capacity) and some ground-level noise that luckily wrapped up by 10 PM, the stay was excellent. ​The absolute highlight of this hotel is the staff. At reception, Toffee was incredibly friendly with a great sense of humour; he remembered my name and was so sweet to apologize for forgetting our lounge access. Also Jonathan & our room attendant (whose name I sadly missed) was also fantastic, keeping everything spotless and always supplying whatever we required. ​Breakfast was delicious with a great variety—I especially loved the traditional taho every morning! My only critique is that it would be nice to have a dedicated vegan section; soy milk wasn’t always available. However, the breakfast staff were highly attentive, especially the F&B Manager, Laura. She was an absolute delight greeting every guest with an infectious smile. She has exactly the kind of warmth and leadership you want to see at a hotel reception or management. ​The rooftop pool offers gorgeous views. The lounge was a bit too cold,food was OK. Combined with the proximity to the Mall of Asia, this hotel was a standout favorite for us.

Our room was nice and clean, the bed and pillows are very comfortable , and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel location is very convenient to get shopping at Mall of Asia.
