Room was always clean. The food at the restaurants was excellent. Would be back.

Room was updated and the service in the hotel horrible

We love every part of it !! Except the room ,food option. the I feel like the bathroom in the room needs an update , I feel like the food could use more of a Mexican taste instead of an American taste. People go to Mexico for the food the experience not pasta most of the time but beside that everything else was great! Outdoor pools were beautiful, great staff. Everyone is always helpful , kids loved it!

Our heartfelt thanks also go to all the staff in the restaurants and buffets. Everyone was consistently polite, attentive, and professional, and the service was outstanding. We are equally grateful to the beach staff and the wonderful team at Café de Mar. Their excellent service made our beach experience comfortable, relaxing, and truly enjoyable. Terrible food. not a pretty beach very deceiving from photos. snorting trip was a rip off not as promised. do not recommend

There was cockroaches in the room, the room was not how it looked in Expedia, the tv wasn’t working, staff went inside the room without knocking & while we had the “do not disturb sign” hanging in the door, the all inclusive was not all inclusive! Horrible experience!

Room was clean with a great ocean view, but could not get a beach chair at all. Not enough available at the beach or the pools.

Cuídense la limpieza de la habitación, creo que tienen chinches ya que mi mama mi esposo y yo tuvimos ronchas aunque subió el personal y no las encontró el colchón se veía como con huevesillos o sucio a las orillas
