Really enjoyed my stay here- quiet, clean, felt safe. Would stay again!

Had an amazing experience here! We stayed for 6 nights. The property is in a fantastic location near lots of shopping & public transportation. The nespresso machine was a great added bonus too! Would recommend!

The location is perfect. But the room and bathroom are too small. It's a little bit noisy.

We stayed at this hotel for three days and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. The check-in process was overly complicated and took far too long, which set a frustrating tone right from the start. Once we got to our room, things didn’t improve. The air conditioner didn’t work, and the room was extremely small and humid—uncomfortably so. I called the back office for assistance, but they were unable to help and didn’t seem to know how to operate the air conditioning system at all. Even more frustrating was the lack of staff availability. There’s no front desk or hotel personnel on-site after 4:30 PM, so if you run into any issues in the evening or night, you're completely on your own. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. Poor service, uncomfortable accommodations, and minimal support made for a disappointing stay.
