Charming apartments nearby Valencia. These apartments by the beach form a picturesque sea villa at the Mediterranean shores where guests will find all the necessary to guarantee their comfort and find the privacy and the quietness a first class tourist destination. At just 4,5 kilometres from Valencia city. The housing estate in which they are placed has car park, shops and restaurants under the conditions and timetables established by the residents' association. *Credit card will be required as deposit. *Pets are allowed with a supplement of 10 EUR/day. *Keys must be collected at plaza de la Señoría 2. Later arrivals, please contact previously. The direct payment to be made by check-in. If the arrival is later to the key collection timetable, it has to pre-pay. The office for the keys' collection will be closed on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays (excepting the summer time). *Change of sheets and towels each 7 days. *Optional services (payable): weekly or daily laundry, parking. *Reception hours: from Monday to Sunday, from 10 am to 2 pm and from 4 pm to 8 pm.
