This lovely group of apartments and studios is located next to an old 17th Century Venetian house and a beautiful church, a short drive out of Rethymnon into the hills behind the town, in the small village of Atsipopoulo. The hotel was established in 1985 and features traditional local architecture and high ecological standards. It consists of 10 apartments and 4 studios and the tiled courtyard is filled with trees and flowers. There is also a communal roof terrace, shaded with a vine-covered trellis, where guests can take in the vista over the rooftops of the village and countryside to the sea below. Facilities on offer to guests include a lobby area, a bar and a breakfast room. The 4 studios (approximately 20 m²) and the 2 apartments (approximately 40 m² with one separate bedroom) feature an open plan living/sleeping area and a kitchenette with a fridge. They offer satellite TV, a safe, individually adjustable air conditioning, a private bathroom with a bathtub or shower and a WC, as well as a balcony or terrace. The 8 maisonettes (approximately 40 m² with 1 bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub or shower) feature an upstairs WC, connected by a spiral staircase to a living/sleeping area and a kitchenette downstairs with a fridge. They also offer satellite TV, a safe, individually adjustable air conditioning and a balcony or a terrace. The garden courtyard of this hotel features a beautiful swimming pool in the centre, with sun loungers arranged around it.
