Kindly provide the complete guest list (including children) and your corresponding ages and the representative's valid ID and email address.

We will be using this to prepare the authorization letter for your stay. You will not be allowed to enter the property unless we have issued an authorization letter to the property admin. The security personnel will be asking for your copy of the said letter and your valid ID.

You will either be assisted by the caretaker during check in or you can check yourself in. The keys are inside a lockbox attached to the main door of the unit. The lockbox code will be provided by the caretaker and/or the host.

For pool access, the associated fees are payable to the property administrator or through the pool attendant.

Pay parking is available at the basement for 400 per night per vehicle.

There is a private parking nearby the property. Please contact the host for applicable fee for the private parking. Slots are subject to availability. If slots are full at the private parking area, you can park at the basement area subject to the fees and policy of the property management office.
