Fantastic experience! Cosmos hotel is centrally located and a short walk to the subway. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The buffet breakfast is expansive and robust. The room was very large and had plenty of room for us to spread out. I highly recommend this hotel.

Customer Service - Very good and polite staff. Staff helped me upgraded my room, booked chartered taxi and airport transfer. Hotel Location: Very convenient - Next to Taipei MRT Station and HSR, Family Mart (ATM Machine). Unique amenities: Complimentary welcome drink at 17 cafe, happy hour snacks and drinks, complimentary breakfast included in room rate. Currency exchange available. Jade restaurant - disappointed food and service. It was supposed to close at 9:30pm, chef left at 9pm, no rice provided for my orders said chef gone for the night.

Excellent hotel to stay! Very friendly staff to help whenever you have any questions, nice and cozy room to stay. Most awesome part is its location, next to the Taipei main station, where you can access trains to all directions!!
