Staff were accommodating and friendly. Replied fast and was clear with instructions. Room was clean. There is a washing machine / dryer and water dispenser on the first floor if needed. Close to kyoto station 10mins walk. Will definitely come back again.

I loved the area, very close to the station! Pretty clean, and staff was very friendly. Only issue we had is that the smell of cigarette smoke was pretty strong for where we stayed on the first floor.
