A nice hotel for a short visit to Hong Kong Causeway area. The hotel is located in a run-down area at the corner of Bowrington Road and Cheung Won Lane. Turning left, you have a dumpster area.
It is very close to a shopping street (one block to the right of the main entrance at Bowrington Road), and you are in a shopping area with vendors offering vegetables, fruits, meat, and live seafood. You have to walk 5 to 10 minutes for shopping centers, stores, and fast food franchises. But those stalls at Bowrington offer tasty, well-prepared local food. There are several bus stations nearby, but you need to get an Octopus card (at a subway station) and keep it topped up or pay the exact fare. They don’t carry change to return.
Check-in is at the hour, and there aren't enough chairs for the guests who accumulate; once started, they were fast. The elevators are small. The room is filled with a king-size bed, with walking space on one side and the foot side. No closet, drawers, or desk. Two bedside tables, one with the safe at floor level. The window has a shelf that has the kettle and phone. The bathroom is small. The staff is polite and efficient.
The buffet breakfast is fixed: scrambled eggs, ham, chicken sausage, fried rice, fried noodles, pork wonton, small turnovers, rice soup, bread, cereal, two juices, coffee, and tea. Check it before buying. You have to buy the tickets at the check-in desk (third floor).

Rooms are very small and dirty with the smallest hotel bathroom I’ve ever had to use. Most people will not be able use the restroom comfortably. Beds are very hard I did not sleep the first night and struggled to fall asleep the remaining nights. Staff is unhelpful and doesn’t care. Gym is out of commission. I HATED staying at this hotel I will never stay here again. Don’t ruin your experience in Hong Kong by staying at this hotel like I did to save a few bucks. Not worth it

Location is dirty and hard to find but close to amenities. Air-conditioning is good but noisy. Bathroom is too small I keep on hitting my elbows on the wall and shower curtain keep clinging to my body while showering. Bedsheets are clean but towels are worn out old and thinned by use. Hallways narrow hard to maneuver with big luggage.
