LEGOLAND Hotel Dubai is a fantastic destination for families with children between 2 and 12 years old. The entire experience is designed around keeping kids entertained, and they will absolutely love it. The hotel itself is starting to show its age and could really benefit from a major renovation. The rooms and facilities feel a bit worn compared to newer family resorts in Dubai. That said, what truly makes this hotel stand out is the staff. Every single team member was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Their service made a big difference and created a wonderful experience for our family. If the hotel is renovated in the future, it could easily become one of the best family hotels in Dubai.

Clean room, kind staff, good breakfast

Great spot for families. Both our 5 and 2 year old loved the hotel and the facilities for the kids. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They should not allow smoking within the premises though. Inconsiderate adults smoking where young kids are passing towards the pool. Bricks family restaurant buffet was very good. The other restaurant for lunch was not that great. Food was bland (steak sandwich and sea bass).

Excellent hotel. Lovely clean room Check in Staff were friendly and professional . Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Very convenient location next to Riverland and LEGOLAND theme park, all within walking distance. The hotel rate includes park ticket, which is great value. Eating and playing are all nearby, so you don’t need to move around. Staff are professional and friendly, kids absolutely love the LEGO theme. The room has a fun kids’ quest with a small gift at the end. Breakfast is good and kid-friendly. You could easily stay here for a week with kids without leaving the area.

The kids really enjoyed the hotel and it is just 5 minutes walk from the LEGOLAND parks.

All went well.. Great vacation with my son

Pool was not operational

An excellent place for the kids ! My daughter loved the experience!!

Very clean and spacious room, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The only thing that was not great was ongoing works at the hotel and banging in the mornings that could be heard in our room
