This eco hotel is situated in a quiet area, just 100 metres from the centre of the city. It is only a 200-metre walk from the Princess Letizia Conference Hall and from the Buenavista shopping mall. In addition, the historical city centre is approximately a 15-minute walk from the establishment. The local train station is around 800 metres away and Asturias Airport is approximately 30 km from the accommodation. This a new and modern eco hotel that incorporates many energy-saving measures and has been awarded a Green Building and Green Light by the European Union. The establishment comprises a total of 40 guest rooms and suites spread across 12 storeys. Fully air-conditioned, it welcomes its guests into a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, hotel safe and cloakroom.
