We had a wonderful stay, Our room was clean and had 2 queen size beds which we actually needed. Lobby area is quite big and clean too, good options for breakfast. We were served by Sukhmeet at the front desk and he seems a helpful staff. Even the other staff in the morning were also helpful and cheering. Hotel has an indoor pool and fitness room overall it was a great experience staying there. Thank You Team Clarion.

The room was reasonably clean and comfortable. The beds were too soft for us. The breakfast was good the one morning we ate there. Some items, like pancakes, were prepared from scratch. We stayed three nights over a weekend. The garbage bins in the foyer were overfilled and stinking and the desk staff didn’t change it out all weekend. The parking lot is untidy and the garden spaces are full of weeds and bits of garbage. Over the course of three nights, we were more than ready to leave and will stay elsewhere the next time we need accommodation in Sherwood Park.

The property was filthy. The trashcan in the parking lot was overflowing upon arrival and still in the same condition when I left 5 days later. The front doors were so dirty couldn’t see through the glass. The main lobby floor hasn’t been mopped in a few months it looks like. The entire property has not been maintained or cleaned in quite some time. This place was amazing a few years back not sure what has happened. Will not stay again.
