We booked our tickets through Klook, and the entire booking process was smooth, simple, and hassle-free. The buses were clean, comfortable, and operated on time, making it very easy to explore the city at our own pace. 糟透了!搞了半天 店內工作人員說他們無法處理 即使提供紙本及手機條碼 我回我的訂單上寫著出示憑證兌換實體票券 問了經理吧 卻說我的格式不同 要我到另一個兌換處問問（走了快20分鐘）沒想到那家也是如此 ㄚ~~~ 於是我又得再走到另一個店員建議的地方 我問他確定有人可以幫我嗎？他回沒問題 之後快步走向他幫我導航的地點 此時我大概已繞了都柏林鬧區大半圈了吧 我問到一個在巴士前招攬客戶的年輕妹妹說太不可思議了 她就帶著我又回到兌換地 No! 她面有慍色說沒關係再去下一家 其實我本要放棄的 但她氣到越走越快又回到了我第一個喬不攏的地方 殊不知那小女子哪來的霸氣 硬是要他們給我2張實體卡片 終於給我了 出門後我抱著那個小女生說謝謝妳 我要上巴士休息了 到底是klook或兌換處的問題 還是作業方面沒溝通好 不知有人遇到和我同樣的狀況可以分享嗎?
