My Tour Guide was Mandy, she was very friendly and helpful, she speaks fluent English and Mandarin! She offered everyone to take their pictures (she’s very good at taking pictures!!! always say yes!!) Definitely recommend taking a Tour with her. I went on the Tour with the destinations Asahiyama Zoo, White beard waterfall, Ningle Terrace. The Ningle Terrace got canceled and replaced with the Blue Pond, due to weather conditions and limited Bus spots. This can happen any day unexpectedly, the Blue Pond was still nice but since it’s currently winter it was covered with snow and no blue was seen. Overall, happy with the Tour and definitely money worth!! My favorite was the Waterfall and the Penguin Walk at the Zoo!

Ik ben blij dat ik deze reis geboekt heb in plaats van het zelf te doen. Ik kan me de rompslomp voorstellen van het openbaar vervoer in de sneeuw. Onze gids, Tenzo, gaf advies zodat we onze tijd op elke locatie optimaal konden benutten, wat echt hielp. De pinguïnwandeling in de dierentuin was zo schattig en aandoenlijk. De busreis was ook soepel, dankzij onze chauffeur (sorry, ik ben zijn naam vergeten). Ik zou deze reis aanbevelen als je veel populaire gebieden op één dag wilt verkennen!

Love this day tour especially the zoo and shirahige waterfall. My 1st experience walking in the zoo in winter season with snowing. Such a good experience for me. Bus is on time for pick up and drop off. Thank you Miss Lucy for so much useful information too. Tour is with English and mandarin language, I can understand this 2 language so is no problem for me.

De ervaring was fantastisch! De gids was altijd op tijd, waardoor alles soepel verliep. Aangezien het een dagtour was zonder lunchpauze, raad ik aan om voldoende snacks mee te nemen om energiek te blijven. We wensten allemaal dat we meer tijd hadden gehad om elke plek rustiger te verkennen. Toen we onze tour op de eerste dag misten, boekten ze ons meteen voor de volgende dag zonder aarzeling, wat we erg waardeerden.

My husband, 2 kids, and I joined this trip and we were very satisfied. One of the places in the original itinerary had road closures, so Roro replaced it with an even better spot where we got to enjoy snowmobiling. There was also an unexpected incident where my husband accidentally left his wallet on the bus, and we only realised it after we reached our accommodation. Thankfully, Roro helped us contact the bus company, and the wallet was successfully found. Roro personally assisted in returning the wallet, and none of the cash or cards were missing. Thank you, Roro — this trip was truly a wonderful and satisfying experience for our family.

Its a very good experience & fun especially during penguin walk and ride snow-motorbike..the tour guide (Mr.Lee) also very friendly, polite and helpfull..really recommended him as tour guide..but for the tours its a bit limited time, so you need to be hurry 😁😁😁overall..i'm satisfied with the tours..

We have a very good guide. Kudos to him for repeating the info in English, Japanese and Mandarin. He’s very helpful and definitely knowledgeable. The weather was at its best so the photos came out great. See it yourself to believe it. The day tour is highly recommended.

有別於一般的一日團，這是一個能夠睡到飽才出發的旅行團，因為十一點才集合出發😆下午團的好處是能夠避開早上到旭山動物園的遊客群。導遊Joe非常厲害！當天有不同國家的旅客在團隊中，他每位客人也照顧周到，所有旅遊資訊均以三種語言重複說一次。另外每個景點的逗留時間也恰到好處，到達旭山動物園剛好吃點東西就能夠去看企鵝巡遊。第二個景點孤獨的聖誕樹安排在黃昏抵達，這樣拍出來的照片完全能夠展現出聖誕樹的孤獨美。可惜的是森林精靈露台當天官方宣佈所有旅行團不能去，唯有留待下次再來北海道時再去，最後行程我們轉了去看青池點燈，也是美美的！大推👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
