Tama Zoological Park-tours

Our tour guide was David and he was amazing!! Gave some insights and recommendations. We were lucky to see Mt. Fuji the whole trip and before we head back it started snowing which was an awesome experience.

Our tour guide Xi was nice, organised and gave good tips during the tour of where to go and what to try. His recommendations were spot on especially the egg pudding in Shiragawa. Get in early to get the original pudding to avoid disappointment. We managed to still get the coffee and custard and they were delicious! It snowed and was magical. Don't forget to wear appropriate footwear as sleet and water can get into your sneakers, otherwise we had the best day!

Sterk aanbevolen!!! 5-sterren service van hem. Onze allereerste Mt. Fuji tour met hem was echt de beste! Hij is zo vriendelijk, behulpzaam, zo informatief en hij heeft zelfs foto's van ons genomen in het Oishi Park, die geweldig zijn. Het belangrijkste is dat hij ons heeft geholpen mijn verloren telefoon terug te vinden in de Uber taxi die we 's ochtends hadden geboekt om naar de ontmoetingsplaats te gaan. Het zou een stressvolle dag voor ons zijn geweest, denkend aan mijn verloren telefoon, maar dankzij hem heeft hij ons geholpen het bedrijf van de chauffeur te bellen met wie we met Uber reden, omdat we geen Japans spreken. En ja, we hebben het gevonden! We kunnen hem niet genoeg bedanken voor zijn hulp en voor het maken van deze reis tot een onvergetelijke reis. Arigato Taiyo Igarashi! Het allerbeste! We hopen je snel weer te zien!

My Tour Guide was Mandy, she was very friendly and helpful, she speaks fluent English and Mandarin! She offered everyone to take their pictures (she’s very good at taking pictures!!! always say yes!!) Definitely recommend taking a Tour with her. I went on the Tour with the destinations Asahiyama Zoo, White beard waterfall, Ningle Terrace. The Ningle Terrace got canceled and replaced with the Blue Pond, due to weather conditions and limited Bus spots. This can happen any day unexpectedly, the Blue Pond was still nice but since it’s currently winter it was covered with snow and no blue was seen. Overall, happy with the Tour and definitely money worth!! My favorite was the Waterfall and the Penguin Walk at the Zoo!

Ik ben blij dat ik deze reis geboekt heb in plaats van het zelf te doen. Ik kan me de rompslomp voorstellen van het openbaar vervoer in de sneeuw. Onze gids, Tenzo, gaf advies zodat we onze tijd op elke locatie optimaal konden benutten, wat echt hielp. De pinguïnwandeling in de dierentuin was zo schattig en aandoenlijk. De busreis was ook soepel, dankzij onze chauffeur (sorry, ik ben zijn naam vergeten). Ik zou deze reis aanbevelen als je veel populaire gebieden op één dag wilt verkennen!

Great experience overall! We were lucky for a clear day to see mt fuji. I liked all the stops on the itinerary and found there was enough time to enjoy each spot! The lunch that was arranged was very tasty and plenty of options to choose from

This tour is everything! Kyoto is beautiful!John was our tour guide, he is very helpful and made sure we’re always good. It was snowing the day of our tour so that made it even better. I would definitely do this tour again around Fall or Summer.

Our guide Oliver from PST had been helpful and friendly, as usual day tour is very rush as it cover few places, Asahiyama Zoo and Shikisa no Oka were both fun, it will be good to brought own food, as Asahiyama zoo food court are always crowded. Ningle Terrance, we were given 40 minutes, walk from and to car park for bus already took 20 minutes as the ground was slippery, suuper long queue toilet 15 minutes, there was no time to go inside the jungle for the wooden cottages. Our guide was very understanding and willing to wait for those came back late. Christmas Tree was nothing much, stand in the freezing cold wind to see a tree, bus couldn’t park, we got to wait in the freezing wind for our bus to come back 🥶
