It was our first time taking a tour, and Tomas was our guide — he did an amazing job. You don’t get a lot of time at each attraction, but you do have enough time to take some pictures and learn a little bit about the places. We really enjoyed our Beppu trip. Our favorite part was the safari. Thank you for everything!

Our Tourguide, Kevin, was really nice and funny. Our highlights were the hot springs in Beppu, besides the smell, we really enjoyed them. The colour of the water combined with the steam was truly remarkable, definitely worth a trip! The frog temple was cute too and even though Yufuin was extremely crowded we adored the cute shops, except for the animal cages. Overall, we recommend this tour!

We enjoyed our trip to Kamishikimi Kumanoimasu Shrine ，Mount aso and Kusenrigahama very much. Thanks to our driver Hugo who made our trip very pleasant. He picked us up from the hotel on time, and managed the time well so that we did not go overtime at the end of the day. The restaurant recommended by Hugo is also very nice. Additional fees needed for carpark and toll fees are less than 10000 yen.

司機兼導遊的全圭永很專業，帶了我去更好地方影由布院及十文字原展望台，且主動幫忙影相，更主動去龍卷地獄接載我因等車需時回去海地獄停車場。

導遊Selina Sun很有活力及親切，親身帶領我們團友到有關景點，另处景點非常豐富及多元化，而安排得也很合適及細心體貼，值得讚賞

The tour is the best way to test your fortitude, see a country off the beaten track, and interact with locals. Unforgettable memories & friendships forged! DU is a very good and nice tour guide, the driver with her was very polite as well, i didn’t get his name but he deserve an appreciation as weel. Highly recommended

海地獄30分鐘，時間剛剛好，不太趕；動物園2小時實在太好了，有很多動物互動時間，1小時在旅遊巴看野生動物，實在俾Jungle Car 更好，更加清楚！ 1小時有自由活動在小動物園區，可以餵食動物！ 2小時剛剛好，其他旅行團得90分鐘，我刻意找這團2小時，沒有呃人！！ 最後上了 由布院登山口影了相，美！ 由布院2小時自由活動，我是在由布院溫泉酒店住一晚，所以放suitcase 在旅遊巴，在最後一站便攞suitcase. This is quite perfect. except 旅遊巴停的位置，在snoopy 附近，沒有預早通知，我行了15分鐘才到酒店很累。

這次的九州之旅非常充實！導遊小徐小姐的表現尤其出色，她普通話和英文都非常流利，講解既清晰又生動，讓每位遊客都能深入了解每個景點的魅力。 行程中，湯布院的寧靜街道和金鱗湖的晨霧如詩如畫；海地獄的蔚藍溫泉更是讓人驚嘆的自然奇觀。而九州自然動物公園提供了與眾不同的親近動物體驗，非常新奇有趣，唯一美中不足的是，如果能在那裡逗留的時間再長一點點，讓大家能更從容地體驗，就更加完美了。 整體而言，小徐小姐專業細緻的講解與貼心服務，加上絕美的風景，構成了這次難忘的旅程，高度推薦！
