De Evening Rainforest and Glow Worm Half Day Tour in Gold Coast was een fantastische ervaring. Begin oktober zagen we een prachtige overvloed aan glimwormen die de nacht verlichtten, wat een magische sfeer creëerde. Op weg naar Curtis Falls zagen we verschillende wilde dieren, waaronder spinnen en hagedissen, wat bijdroeg aan het avontuur. Onze gids, Ryan, zorgde voor rode zaklampen die perfect waren voor de tour, waardoor we helder konden zien zonder de glimwormen te storen. Het pad zelf was gemakkelijk en plezierig, geschikt voor alle leeftijden - er waren zelfs kleine kinderen in onze groep die het moeiteloos aankonden. Ryan's kennis en enthousiasme vielen op. Hij gaf gedetailleerde uitleg wanneer we vragen hadden over de wilde dieren en hield de sfeer de hele tijd luchtig en leuk. Zijn humor en geweldige energie maakten de tour van begin tot eind boeiend. Al met al combineert deze tour natuur, wilde dieren en glimwormmagie met een vriendelijke en informatieve gids, waardoor het perfect is voor gezinnen en natuurliefhebbers.

We decided to go for this tour while in Gold Coast in Spring and didn’t regret it. They included a pit stop to have dessert and hot chocolate which is a nice touch, and the guide Amber from Southern Cross Tour is full of humor from the drive to the end of the tour. I like it that they have a few locations for pickup and we managed to choose one at Helensvale station which is closest only 8min drive, instead of hitting town again 30mins away. Do avoid Winter though as you may not see a lot of those glowworms. It’s abit of hike too so prepare good walking shoes. Recommend to book esp if you are into some adventure, hike and fun!

everyone was very nice. very big venue, have different levels ranging from beginners to expert so that everyone can enjoy it!!! high recommend !!!

Good trip, nice mount tamborine. alot of steps and walking. slightly over a kilometre. mainly very dark and only red lights allowed so be careful. wear long pants and top as cold. good shoes too. cheesecake and hot chocolate provided. only thing is I am not sure if it’s worth close to 100 sgd.

Ryan is a very humorous tour guide. Although it was a bit rainy that day, when Ryan took us to see the blue glow worms, he introduced us to various trees and creatures on the mountain. Not only did we gain knowledge, but he also created a mysterious atmosphere at night. He truly is an interesting and passionate guide. On the way back, we enjoyed delicious cheesecake and chocolate milk at Manor restaurant, which left us with wonderful memories of this enlightening night tour. The best part was that on the way back, we got to sing along to everyone’s favorite songs— it was fantastic! Next time, I definitely want to bring my family here again.

Our guide was very welcoming and clearly has a passion for nature, giving us information on the plant life. We managed to see spiders and a golden-crowned snake (whose name our guide kindly researched and got back to us on) in addition to the glow worms all in close proximity. The pickup and dropoff was also very swift and the small group nature was definitely a plus.

螢火蟲洞雖然時間不長，螢火蟲也沒有在飛動，但真的很值得看到不滿整片山東的螢火蟲。因為不可以使用電子科技或任何發光的儀器在蟲洞裡，就不上傳蟲洞照片。
