I reserved the private tour. The pickup was perfectly on time. At first, I was a bit anxious since only a non-English-speaking driver came, but once the guide joined me at the first stop, everything was absolutely excellent. When the weather forced us to change part of the itinerary, the guide responded quickly and efficiently. He was very attentive, helping with photos, arranged all tickets (no additional fee) and even providing water, offering drinks, and snacks. The tour itself was well-organized and full of variety, with travel by car, train, and on foot — a perfect way to experience Mumbai. I highly recommend this tour. The guide is so excellent and it’s the value for this program

出發前一天，主動用whatsapp聯絡我，提醒我準時到。活動當天加我一共5個遊客，因為是雨季，早上集合時下了大雨，因為全程搭火車移動，不影響行程，到了洗衣廠之後雨就變小了。Churchgate Station集合後，導遊Alam依序帶我們去，(1)Mahalaxmi Station看dhobi ghat洗衣場，(2)Mahim Station的Dharavi貧民窟，最後(3)回到Churchgate Station看Dabbawalas便當配送員，火車安排相當聰明，巧妙避開尖峰陳朝。整個活動很輕鬆，講解得也很深入，能夠在半天快速體驗孟買生活的一面，相當不錯。
