Meeting point is at the visitor centre 2nd floor away from the entrance. Need a little help as there were different groups. We were equip with radio with earpiece for €1 to listen to our guide clearly. Our guide, Andy was patient and very accomodative. We had fun exploring Alhambra

這活動分為兩部分。老實說行程內容非常好，唯一美中不足的就是，給的集合點都是錯的。出發前有線上客服提問也沒回答。早上Alhambra 勉強還可找到，但是也是對方打電話告訴我正確的地點。下午的Albaicín集合地點完全錯誤。在即將要放棄之時，也是旅行社打電話找到我，並且告訴正確會面點「Plaza Isabel la Catolica, centro Granada」。我希望你們能在活動內容方面，能夠更新。方便後面的遊客能正確找到集合點。

the tour guide is very professional. She shared many historic story as well as their connection to the interior decoration and made every scene so vivid to out sight. The palace is magnificent and the patios are fantastic.

Op 17 oktober liepen we als groep van ongeveer 15 personen rond, met een schema van 9 uur 's ochtends tot 12 uur 's middags. De uitleg van de Engelstalige gids was in zeer eenvoudig Engels, makkelijk te begrijpen en zo gedetailleerd dat elke plek fascinerend was. De historische achtergrond, de relaties met de omliggende landen en de invloed van verschillende religies werden in detail uitgelegd, wat erg leuk was. Het zomerpaleis was zo geweldig dat we er twee keer heen zijn gegaan. We hebben die dag bijna 15.000 stappen gezet en nog een keer door het Alhambra gelopen, waarbij we de hernieuwde toegang tot het Alhambra lager vonden. Het Alhambra by night was het hoogtepunt van de reis. Nogmaals hartelijk dank aan de gids.

Guide was knowledgeable and friendly, although her Spanish accent was a little too thick which made comprehension a little more difficult. Main reason I didn’t enjoy the tour was the huge group and the people who kept delaying the tour. Meet-up point also wasn’t a clear location as the same company had a few group tours going on. kinda confusing.
