Our guide is Sunny, he speaks clear english and is very organized! He told us clearly when to get back to bus, he prepared instructions in all languages following the nationalities of the group participants (English-Malay-Indo-Thai-Japan). He explained clearly when to go to toilet so that we don’t have to wait in line. We visited all the places cause the weather is quite good (bad weather = highway closed). The timing is also perfect, we’re one of the earliest group to arrive in Asahiyama Zoo so we got pefect place to see the penguins. The group was on time, there is just enough time for everything (considering how far the places from each other). Just make sure to follow his instructions and get back on time. We have group chats where he told us the bus’ number and location. The bus never parked too far except for the Ningle Terrace. Tip: bring your own lunch and water for a day, as we have very little time at each destination (you don’t want to waste your time to buy meals and drink)

Big shoutout to Joy, our tour guide for making the tour fun and enjoyable! We were so impressed that she knows Sapporo really well (considering she’s non-japanese) and was able to speak in 3 different languages during the tour. All places on our itinerary were truly magical.

Vandaag was een absoluut fantastische reis! Onze gids, Kevin, was ongelooflijk vriendelijk, behulpzaam en attent op al onze behoeften. Hij anticipeerde zorgvuldig op de weersomstandigheden en paste de route soepel aan, waardoor alles perfect verliep. Ik reisde met mijn man, en we waardeerden het enorm dat we ons nooit gehaast voelden. Kevin was geduldig, attent en maakte de hele ervaring comfortabel en plezierig. Hij deelde ook nuttige aanbevelingen en belangrijke veiligheidstips, waardoor we ons tijdens de hele reis goed verzorgd voelden. We zouden zijn service en deze tour met plezier een 10/10 geven. Het overtrof onze verwachtingen, en we zullen deze ervaring zeker aanbevelen aan onze vrienden en collega's in Singapore.

Used on December 22, 2025. It was snowy and cold at Mt. Tengu that day, so wear warm clothes. There is only one ticket window, so you will need to queue and wait. After receiving your ticket, you will also need to queue to take the cable car to the top of the mountain. You can enjoy the night view in the restaurant inside, and it's very exciting to see the mountains of accumulated snow!

weather was good today. Extreme cold when taking the Garinko Sunset Cruise. Manage to see the ice breaker and sunset. Everyone is able to have a chance see the ice breaker. The queue was fast. For Sounkyo ice festival, it was so short. Given 30 mins and was crowded. A bit rush but nothing much except for ice cave. Guide Ms. Vivian is bilingual. Can speak well and clear instructions. We enjoy this day trip.

Saw drift ice, the drift ice looked very icy, it's a gregarious animal, it drifts around. The weather is very cold, so I suggest the drift ice boat should have heating on the deck, and it would be more suitable to come in the summer.

It was a very good and fun trip! Our guide name is Tenzo and he is very helpful, knows a lot and competent. We got plenty of time during the trip because of his tips and trick and we managed to get to all the places without rushing, even got an additional time during every places. Overall it was an enjoyable trip! very recommend this tour. You don’t have to be worry for not being contacted after you book this tour, because they’ll contact you D-1 the tour date for your meeting time and else. I recommend to come early on the day so you can get the front seat and it really helps your mobility and time during the whole trip.
