Gelukkig hebben we dolfijnen gezien en onverwacht ook veel vliegende vissen. De bemanning was erg energiek en attent. Deze activiteit was voornamelijk voor Koreaanse groepen; van de tientallen mensen aan boord waren er slechts twee Japanners en wij, een gezin van drie Chinezen. De bemanningsleden spraken Engels, en de gids sprak voornamelijk Koreaans, maar sprak ook apart Engels met ons. Veiligheid: Kinderen moesten strikt zwemvesten dragen. Ervaring: Ze maakten foto's van ons in het water en ook een groepsfoto.

Absoluut top! Ik raad het aan~~!!! Op de dag van de tour regende het, dus ik maakte me veel zorgen, maar in tegenstelling tot mijn zorgen kon ik genieten van een prachtig en geweldig uitzicht, dus ik was er erg blij mee! De gidsen die ons begeleidden waren ook erg vriendelijk en voor de fotoshoot lieten ze ons persoonlijk foto's maken op goede plekken en ze maakten echt de perfecte 'levensfoto', waar ik dankbaar voor was! De uitleg van de sterrenbeelden aan het einde was erg leuk omdat ik er dingen over leerde die ik niet wist~~! Ik raad de sterrentour ten zeerste aan!

Het was een leuke ervaring! Als u in het Engels kunt communiceren, zult u geen problemen ondervinden. Ik deed voor het eerst aan duiken, maar dankzij de vriendelijke en ervaren instructeur heb ik het goed geleerd. 😊👍

I saw "Ka'lea" at the SandCastle during my stay in Guam. It was on a larger scale than I expected, and I was overwhelmed by the lighting, sound, and the power of the dancers. The acrobatics scenes in particular were breathtaking, and the whole venue was filled with a sense of unity. The story-like nature of the show made it enjoyable even without understanding the language, which was great. The costumes were also gorgeous, and I was able to fully enjoy entertainment that was unique to being abroad. I only watched the show without dinner, but I was more than satisfied. The venue was also easily accessible from the hotel, which made it a great memory from my trip to Guam. If I have another chance to go to Guam, it's a show I would like to see again.

Snorkelen vereist best wat conditie, maar de helderheid van de zee en de schoonheid van het koraal en de vissen waren geweldig. Suppen kost ook energie, maar het plezier weegt daar tegenop, en we hadden het geluk om zeeschildpadden te zien. Als je twijfelt, moet je zeker gaan. Het was een zeer bevredigende tour vanaf de vroege ochtend.

Stayed for seven nights, and after reading many reviews, I thought it would be terrible, but it turned out better than expected. The location is great, with easy access to shopping. The room was clean, and you can request amenities from the front desk (toilet paper, towels). The water pressure was strong and hot enough, and the air conditioning was super cold and comfortable. You can bring your own hangers to dry clothes outside; the AC's outdoor unit dries them quickly (1-2 items). The front desk staff is also very friendly and can help you call a taxi to the airport for around $30 USD. I would definitely choose this place again next time. The only downside is that if the shops are closed, you have to take a longer route to get out. The hotel also offers a laundry room service hidden next to the main entrance. If you need to get water, you can go to the gym (I only found out in the last few days, and the front desk doesn't actively tell you).

I would like to commend Sir Jun Ego for his outstanding assistance during our entire stay at Hotel Nikko Guam. From the very first day until our check-out, he went above and beyond to make sure we were well accommodated.
He guided us on how to find transportation, introduced us to taxis, explained the use of Stroll, provided details about bus availability and schedules, and even suggested places we could visit during our trip. His efforts truly made our stay smoother and more enjoyable.
Sir Jun played a huge part in completing our trip, and we are deeply grateful for his help. We highly, highly commend him for his excellent service.

The staff handover seemed a little out of it, they asked the next person in line, who was already registered, again. Also, the elevator doors close really slowly, and the shaking is pretty intense; it feels like an accident is waiting to happen. And I don't know why the air conditioning in the lobby has to be so cold.
